See iton you.

A live AI mirror for Bangkok's fashion stores. Pick a piece and see yourself in it in 5 seconds.

A shopper in a mall stands on floor footprints next to a mirror screen that shows her in a long belted trench coatConcept

What it is

The store's screen becomes a mirror. A shopper taps a piece and sees themselves wearing it, live, as they move. No fitting room, no app, no queue.

The problem

Hangersdon't sell.

Only 10–15% of fashion in Thailand sells online. The rest is bought offline, where a piece hangs on a rail.

Shoppers try on a few at most. Fitting rooms cost time, space and staff. The screens play ads.

How it works

  1. Product photo: a black sweatshirt

    01

    Pick.

Tap a piece on the screen.

  2. A shopper in a grey t-shirt and jeans

    02

    Step in.

The mirror sees you. No app, no sign-up.

  3. The same shopper wearing the black sweatshirt

    03

    See it on.

Live, as you move. Like it? A photo of you in the look comes to your phone by QR.

Works end to end today, in English, Thai and Russian.

Why now

The windowis opennow.

Our estimate: the window is months, not years. The model is sold by API to anyone, and the kiosk is off-the-shelf hardware.

The closest player

LOOOK.AI, London and Paris. Live try-on on the same Decart model since March 2026; H&M, BOSS, Kiehl's. Over $1M of revenue in year one (company's words). Next: Singapore, Malaysia, China. In Thailand we found no one.

Our edge

  1. 01Every day in the store, monthly: we found no such service in Thailand.
  2. 02A month costs what one photo-booth event does.
  3. 03Installed and supported locally: Thai, LINE, prices in baht.
  4. 04Our kiosk costs $0.6–1.1K; a LOOOK.AI kit is about $5–6K.

The technology is not our moat: the model is sold by API. Our moat is Bangkok: the malls, the installation, the support and the economics of the minute pool.

For stores

One monthly fee. Everything included.

  • Plan A

    $500a month

    180 minutes≈ 12 shoppers a day

  • Plan B

    $800a month

    300 minutes≈ 20 shoppers a day

  • Plan C

    $1,000a month

    375 minutes≈ 25 shoppers a day

  • Kiosk, software, AI and support included. Nothing to buy.
  • A session lasts 30 seconds; the store can change it. An extra minute is ฿100.
  • Installed and supported in Bangkok, in Thai, on LINE.

One event with an AI photo booth in Bangkok costs ฿18–34K. The mirror costs that for a month.

Prices are a hypothesis we test in pilots.

Year 1Year 2Year 3
Paying mirrors1040120
ARR at year end$96K$384K$1.15M
Revenue for the year$34K$252K$800K

The ambition: one deal with a chain or a mall group

Year 1Year 2Year 3
Paying mirrors1004001,200
ARR at year end$960K$3.84M$11.5M
Revenue for the year$300K$2.52M$8M

The same round covers it: the deepest cash hole is about $92K. Each mirror pays for its AI from month one, so growth is limited by sales, not money.

Bad case: 1 pilot in 3 pays and growth is half as fast. Revenue $16K / $126K / $400K, and at least $93K of $150K stays in the bank.

Our calculation (docs/investors/calc). Assumptions: every pilot converts, a chain deal pays the full plan B price, the team grows with the fleet; no office, support or taxes in the model.

Vision

In 3 years: 120 to 1,200 mirrors.

  1. Year 110 paying mirrors in Bangkok malls, $8K MRR
  2. Year 3120 mirrors: 1.2% of Bangkok's clothing and shoe shops
  3. ThenThai cities, Southeast Asia, and the same try-on on stores' websites
  • One deal with a chain or a mall group means dozens of mirrors at once: that is how the plan grows tenfold.
  • CPN alone runs 24 malls outside Bangkok and one in Malaysia: the next cities come with the same partners.
  • Retailers buy try-on: Walmart bought Zeekit (2021) and Memomi (2022).

Status

The product works end to end.

  • Live try-on: the look appears in about 5 seconds and stays 30 seconds.
  • Gift photo: about $0.19 each, to the phone by QR, kept 7 days.
  • Three languages: Thai, English, Russian.
  • PDPA: consent before the camera; live video is never stored.
  • The numbers: 341 facts checked against primary sources.

Risks

What can go wrong, and what we do about it.

Decart raises prices
There is one supplier, so we ask Decart for a price fixed for 12–24 months, and our store contracts resize the minute pool with the price.
Stores stop paying after the pilot
A pilot is 4 weeks with numbers: try-ons, QR scans, sales. Even if 1 in 3 pilots pays afterwards, at least $93K stays in the bank.
A price war
We shrink the minute pool, not the price.
One founder
The first hire from this round is a Thai-speaking sales lead from fashion retail or a mall operator.
Decart's API terms
We ask for it in the contract: consent to pass results to shoppers and brands, no training on our data, an SLA.

Questions

Why Bangkok?

10,042 clothing and shoe shops, 38 large malls, 150,000 visitors a day at CentralWorld alone. Online is only 10–15% of fashion.

How are you better than LOOOK.AI?

They sell mirrors to global brands, with budgets from $15K, and we found none in Thailand. We offer a mirror to Bangkok stores from $500 a month, installed and supported on site. Our kiosk is $0.6–1.1K against about $5–6K.

Is the technology yours?

No, and we say so: live try-on comes from Decart by API. Ours is the product for the store, the malls, the installation, the support and the minute-pool economics.

What if Decart raises prices?

If the price doubles and the pool is not resized, a mirror drops to about −10% margin. That is why our store contracts resize the pool, and we ask Decart to fix the price for 12–24 months.

How will you get stores?

Through mall operators: CPN, Siam Piwat, The Mall Group. Four groups own 28 of Bangkok's 38 large malls. The first hire comes from that world.

What about shoppers' data?

Consent before the camera (PDPA). Live video is never stored; the photo is kept 7 days and deleted.

When is the next round?

A seed round once mirrors pay and pilots turn into subscriptions.
